1-1 coaching is the most personal of coaching packages. You will be working directly with one of our coaches following a bespoke programme based on your objectives. Whether it is fitness and/or mindset orientated we have you covered.

Whether you're a scratch golfer or have a handicap of 28, you can greatly improve your game with golf-specific fitness. Our coach is a certified NASM golf fitness trainer and will guide you through the various aspects of golf fitness, ranging from posture to power!

Don't like working out in a gym? Want the flexibility to train when and where you want? Online coaching may be the answer for you. It also has the added benefits of affordability and access to an online platform where your sessions and programme can be tracked.
