Poor posture and/or inefficient movement patterns can lead to muscular imbalances that can impact on performance and increase the risk of injury, keeping you off the course.

A comprehensive movement screen and posture analysis will identify the areas of weakness and will form the basis of your strength and conditioning programme.

Developing strength, power, stability & mobility is integral to an efficient and repeatable swing. Our programming and coaching will be tailored to your requirements, your posture & movement screen results.

Whether its gym-based or at home programming, your programme will allow you to progress without increasing the risk of injury. 

This is the culmination of the previous 2 sections in addition to the ongoing support. We will hold regular check-ins/ video calls to track your progress and alter the programme if necessary or simply get you back on track!
